Fat Head’s Brewery visits The Lodge for beer tasting reception and multi-course dinner
The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake will host Fat Head’s Brewery of Middleburg Heights, Ohio, for a beer tasting dinner on Friday, March 18. The evening includes a beer tasting reception and presentation from Fat Head’s Brewery, followed by a multi-course dinner with beer pairing and live entertainment.
Beginning at 6:30 p.m., Fat Head’s Brewery will guide guests through an educational beer tasting reception featuring an assortment of cheeses. Afterward, dinner will kick off with an appetizer of beef braised potato skins with smoked Gouda and herb sour cream. The main entrée, a bone-in pork chop, will feature cheddar polenta, French fried onions and rosemary jus. A bananas foster bread pudding with caramel, brûléed bananas, vanilla bean ice cream and whipped cream will top off the dinner.
The Beer Tasting Dinner Package includes the tasting, dinner with beer pairing, live entertainment, an overnight stay and breakfast for two the next day, beginning at $225*. The price of the event only without an overnight stay is $115 per couple.
