Enjoy the Lake Erie Coast with the Spring Special Package

GENEVA-ON-THE-LAKE, Ohio (March 14, 2008) –- The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake is ushering in Spring with a Grand Easter Buffet and Easter Bunny Egg Hunt on Sunday, March 23 and a palate-tempting Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 11.  Visitors can take a break and immerse themselves in the wonders of spring with the Spring Special Bed & Breakfast, April 1 through June 15.

Celebrate Easter
Families will gather at the Lodge to celebrate Easter with fun activities and the Grand Easter Buffet.

Traditionalists will enjoy the carved hickory and pineapple ham with brown sugar and raisin glaze and the sliced top round of beef with classic gravy.  Other features include seafood paella, roasted chicken breasts with spinach parmesan cream, Three-cheese filled tortellini tossed with sliced mushrooms and pesto cream sauce and smoked salmon with red onion and capers. Frosted and sugared Easter cookies are among the dessert selections.

The Easter Bunny will preside over two special Easter Egg Hunts for buffet guests as children search for candy-filled eggs at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Lodge.  Guests will also enjoy a visit with the Easter Bunny, who will be making appearances throughout the Lodge from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Easter Day.

The Easter Buffet, served from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 23, is priced at $26 for adults; $23 for seniors over age 65, and $13 for children ages 4 – 12.  Children 3 and under are complimentary.  For reservations, call (440) 466-7100, Press “2.”

Treat Mom on her Special Day
The Mother’s Day Brunch tradition continues at the Lodge with a wide array of delightful selections.  Made-to-order Belgian waffles; fresh, chef-made omelets; tropical fruits; cinnamon French toast with warm maple syrup; carved hickory ham, fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon and breakfast potatoes are sure to please.  Baked caramel apple cobbler, an assortment of pies, cakes and torts offer a sweet finale.
