GENEVA-ON-THE-LAKE, Ohio (Sept. 28, 2007) Spend a leisurely afternoon relaxing before a crackling fire during the new Fireside Chat Author Series at the Lodge & Conference Center at Geneva-on-the-Lake. “The Search for Lost Habitats” author Perry Peskin will be the featured guest for the first of three chats, beginning Saturday, Oct. 6, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. before the Lodge’s four-story fireplace. The series is open to the public at no charge.
Discover Lost Habitats With Perry Peskin
Author Perry Peskin entertains guests with tales of endangered plants and their habitats he discovered while traveling throughout the region and how they became his lifelong passion. His “The Search for Lost Habitats: 30 Years of Exploring for Rare and Endangered Plants Book 1” is a compilation of easy-to-read articles and over 450 colorful illustrations of flora. A retired high school English teacher, Peskin lives with his wife in the Cleveland area.
